Our products carry a 30 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the UNUSED merchandise for a replacement or refund within 30 Days with proof of purchase. Prior to returning an item, please call customer service at 845-691-9114 for return instructions and a Return Goods Authorization number.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: $7.95 Flat Fee on All Order. We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipped within Continental United States will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the time we receive the order. Your credit card will be billed at the time of shipment. Orders may ship via USPS Priority Mail, 1st Class Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.

SALES TAX: We are required by law to collect sales tax from customers residing in New York State.
