Mash a single avocado into a cream-like pulp. Next, add one tablespoon of a quality organic honey. Mix both the avocado and honey until a creamy paste is created. Take this creamy paste, apply to your skin, and let it set for between 10 – 15 minutes. Thoroughly rinse the mask off your face with lukewarm water and finally pat dry with a clean, soft towel.
